SIA Licensed Company Supervisor

As a growing company Optimum Protection Services Ltd prides ourselves on many things one of which is our quality of provision of service, and as such we are looking for experienced leaders to work with staff on assignments throughout the London and Home Counties area.

Assignments may be varied and also both indoors and outside you may be required to work at all kinds of licensed events and venues including; theatres, cinemas, concerts, bars, clubs, festivals, street events, student unions and sporting events / venues.

Our supervisors would ideally be highly motivated and with at least 3-5 years experience within the Security industry and at least 1-2 years of security industry supervisory experience in areas such as Door Supervision or Manned Guarding.

The probationary period pay rate for a Company Supervisor start from £9.00 per hour (minimum shift time of 5 hours) all positions are offered on a part time/ casual basis!

Key criteria for the position  

• Will ideally be between 18 and 65 years old and in good health
• All Applicants must have a 10-year checkable work or school history and a date of leaving full time education
• Must have good command of the English Language both written and Verbal
• The Company Supervisor must satisfy all the key criteria for a Licensed Door Supervisor
• Company Supervisors can be male or female
• Have attended and passed a approved Security Industry Authority (SIA) Door Supervisors training course
• Must be a Holder of a valid Security Industry Authority (SIA) Door Supervisors licence
• Applicants should have at least 3-5 years Door Supervisor experience
• Applicants must have least 1 years Supervisory / management experience
• Regular full time or part time availability
• Applicants must be willing and able to travel in London and surrounding areas
• Available at short notice on occasion
• Stay in regular contact with the company
• Be a holder of a valid First Aid Qualification or prepared to gain qualification
• Be prepared to maintain a good level of personal development in line with company aims and objectives
